'I provide consultancy support to dental practices, with a particular focus on endodontic and orthodontic clinics, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care with confidence.
With over 25 years' experience working within busy general and specialist dental practices, I understand the operational and administrative demands involved in managing referrals, complex patient pathways, scheduling, compliance and ongoing patient communication. My background includes a Certificate in Dental Nursing, a Diploma in Bookkeeping, and completion of a Practice Management Foundation programme. This combination of clinical insight, financial understanding, and practice management expertise allows me to support practices from both an operational and strategic perspective.
I act as a trusted extension of your practice team and can help you with referral management and patient pathway coordination, recall, cancellation and priority list management, appointment diary optimisation and clinician scheduling.
